就是保温杯吧。。。我大学室友用保温杯焖粥

有，而且很喜欢， 晚上杂豆，黑米煮开锅，放一夜，第二天打豆浆超方便。 或者上班前把鸡，骨头什么的煮开， 下班回来放一些蔬菜啥的，再煮15分钟，就是一顿晚饭了。 用的窍门是煮肉汤，炖肉，一定要吃之前滚10分钟，味道就很好了， 否则汤会很寡淡的。 我胆子小，不太敢家里没人的时侯用高压锅什么的。

突然发现你这个是小只的。 给小孩子用还好了。 我们家孩子baby的时侯上daycare, 出去旅行的时侯我们也带过，做做粥还好了， 其他的味道就很打折扣了。 和保温杯差不多。

白激动了一下，我一直想买一个焖烧锅炖汤，这个还是不够啊，如果有人知道容积大一点的，告诉我哦 这个就是质量好点的保温杯啦，我记得我夏天的时候这里分享过，就用的costco有卖的那个保温杯，烧红豆绿豆汤，煮开灌进杯子，焖着，几个小时候之后倒进锅子加糖调味再滚一下。。。 我一直想用这个焖燕麦，我lg不肯，说燕麦太粘稠，杯子不是很好清洗，而且煮燕麦本来就几分钟而已。。。

amazon 上有啊，search thermal vacuum pot。 我有两个一个是tiger的，一个是象印的， 都差不多，一样好用。 就看你喜欢的size了。 ps。 焖燕麦没有那么不好洗啦，泡泡就好了。 我们家小朋友小时候上daycare，早晨我把燕麦倒进去，加热水，中午吃的时侯正好。 so far so good。

稀饭煮开了放杯子里焖一晚上，带到公司吃
有时候早上起来煮饺子馄饨，稍微煮一下放杯子里，我路上要40－50分钟，到公司正好焖熟吃

不就是个保温杯吗？ 看评论拿它做米饭效果也不是很好。 This jar is great for old fashion oat meals. I heat the jar with hot water and put dry oat meal and hot water in it before I leave home in the morning, and 1.5 hour later it's all ready. But if you want to use it to cook rice or porridge, there's a lot of requirement to meet. For example you have to preheat the jar as well as rice, and the water temperature must be very high. I failed 5 times before I succeeded, even though the cooked rice is not very tasty.

我就当普通的保温饭盒用，小朋友带炒饭就用这个带。从没当焖烧锅用。 我有个象印的焖烧锅，是很好用，基本上晚上放进去排骨之类的东西，烧一会，放在那里，早上就能吃烂烂的排骨汤。
