I got two offers and would like to have your opinion as which one I should accept.
A. It is a very, very easy job. About 23 miles away from home. It takes about 45 minutes by driving, all local. The traffic is not bad.
The pay is about 2/3 of B.
B. It seems fits my skills better, with some challenge. About 40 miles away from home. It takes about 50-55 minutes by driving without traffic and at least 1 and half hours to take the train. B pays higher than A, with better benefit.
But I am not sure whether I can handle the longer commute.

10w和15w的区别我大概选B，然后搬家。。。。

果断选A，我这每天单程12迈还嫌远呢，不能想象40迈是怎么紧张的节奏

婚否，有孩子没，有人帮着带孩子没，你目前在职业生涯中处于刚起步还是已经有一定发展，家里等着你的收入用嘛，自己的职业向往是什么。。。。。。光这么两个offer很不好说。

RE. 但从commute 时间来讲，没有显著差别。

Right,if you can't find C that is even closer and less stressful. From my personal experience, it's not worth to work in a highly stressful place just for that 1/3 higher pay. You have to work more than 1/3 to get that pay.

如果是under 30，选发展前景大的B。如果自己的收入只是帮补家用，老公主力赚钱老婆主力带娃，选压力小离家近的A

那得看那三分之一是多少吧，公司性质，还有楼主多大年纪。普通马公12万，flg18万。正常人不就去flg，这是举例啊。
